Some sale are final depending on whether or not it is custom made.  Some are refundable or exchangeable.  Each product description will designate refundable, exchangeable or final. We apologize, but custom products are made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please note that any refunded items will reduce the amount of entries into the Current Giveaway based on the list price of the product(s) returned. 


Shipping Disclaimer

Your order will normally ship 3-10 business days after being placed through our website. Please note that although our website may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. These shipping time frames are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates. Delivery times vary due to many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory, and more. If you have no recieved a tracking number you may contact us at 

RTS Supply Co. and all related entities are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.

*Additionally, products labeled LIMITED EDITION may take up to 2 weeks as each product is made to order

 Incorrect Addresses:  

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address at checkout. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

Return to Sender Orders:

If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will reach out to you by email. You will have 30 days to respond to the email or reach out to us about your missing package. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days from our first email sent to you, your order will be automatically void.




We welcome all exchanges! Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping it to RTS Supply Co. and shipping charges for the new product. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded.

All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 5 days of the date of DELIVERY for warranty replacement. After 5 days, we have no further liability.

Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice and copies of any correspondence you have had with Customer Service. Please specify the name of the product you would like in exchange, and what size you would like. Please send a PayPal payment for shipping and any price increase if you are upgrading.
